Easter Craft: Handprint Carrot

You will need:

  • Green construction paper
  • White construction paper
  • Orange tissue paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Pencil

1.  Cut a carrot shape out of the white construction paper and cut out small square shapes using the tissue paper.

2.  Trace the child's hand (on the green construction paper) using a pencil.  Cut the hand shape out and glue it on the top end of the carrot.

3. Spread the glue onto the carrot.  Let the child place the orange tissue paper onto the carrot.

  13. I love this idea! I'm always looking for things to do with my 15 monther. Obviously, I need to provide a lot of help given her age, but it would be fun to use her hand print in a craft project. Thanks for the great idea!
