You will need:
Cornstarch
Green (or blue and yellow) food coloring
Measuring cup
Water
Large container
Add 2 part cornstarch, 1 part water, and 3 drops of green food coloring. I used 2 cups of cornstarch, 1 cup of water, and 3 drops of green food coloring. Then mix well.
Once mixed, it's ready to be played with. YAY!
You may wade it up into a ball or into different shapes.
You may squish it around when it's liquid.

Cool experiment.. my daughter comes home from school sometimes with these kinds of experiments.
