Valentine's Day Keepsake Footprint Craft

Here is an easy Valentine's Day gift to make with your infant or toddler no matter your budget.  The heart shape doilies can be found at a Dollar Tree or any craft store.  They usually come in pack of 24 or more.

You will need:

Adhesive magnet tape
Scissors
Laminator
White paint
Paintbrush
Red heart shape doily

1.  Paint a foot with white paint and stamp it on the doily.  Next repeat the same step with the other foot but for a "V" when stamping.  Let it dry then laminate.  Cute a heart shape around the doily.  

2.  Cut the amount of adhesive magnet needed and stick it onto the back.  It's that easy!

Footprint Heart with Poem for Keepsake

We made footprint heart with a poem for keepsake as part of a Valentine's Day gift for parents this year.  This can be given for any occasion.  Even as a Christmas gift, Birthday gift, Grandparents Day, Mother's Day, or Father's Day gift too.

You will need: 

Pink construction paper
Purple construction paper
Glue
Red paint
Paint brush
Scissors
Black marker
Baby wipes (optional to wipe feet)

1.  Paint a foot with red paint and stamp it on the pink construction paper.  Next repeat the same step with the other foot but for a "V" when stamping.  Let it dry then cut a heart shape around the heart footprint.

2.  Glue the heart shape footprint onto the purple paper.  Write the following saying, "From the bottom of m heart to the tips of my toes".   We also made some that says, “I love you from the bottom of my heart to the tips of my toes”
